Yes — LeasePro is global. When you draft a lease you choose the country (and state, region, province, or emirate) where the property or asset sits, and LeasePro sets that as the governing law, adjusts the currency, and applies country-specific guidance for deposits, notice periods, and required disclosures. It works for landlords and tenants worldwide, not just the USA. Rent collection is available wherever Stripe supports payouts to your local bank account.

How does rent collection work — and when do I get the money?
Tenants pay by bank transfer (ACH) or card through their portal, securely processed by Stripe — LeasePro never sees card or bank numbers and never holds your money. Funds settle and are paid out directly to your own bank account, typically within 3–5 business days of the payment (your first payout can take a little longer while Stripe verifies your account). We’re the neutral safety layer — a clear record of who paid and what was agreed — not a middleman sitting on your rent. You can set late fees and track every payment.
Are the leases legally valid?
LeasePro uses attorney-informed lease templates that set your country and state/region as the governing law, plus legally binding e-signatures that bind to the full document. LeasePro is a software tool, not a law firm — templates are a starting point, not legal advice, and you should confirm your local required disclosures (or have an attorney review) before signing.
Is my data secure?
